I finished my Master's at TU Delft in June 2026, with a semester in Canada that pushed my thinking and stepping out of the comfort further than I expected. Outside of studio, you'll find me outdoors, listen and play music and doing sports — all things that, like architecture, are really about paying attention to space, rhythm, and how people move through both.
I was born and raised in Amsterdam with an architect for a mother, so I've never really known a version of looking at the world that wasn't also about how it's built. It took me a while to realize that was already an education.
The moment it clicked was more recent: ten housemates, half of us architecture students, in two old Delft houses connected into one. We redesigned the kitchen table twice. We built our own bar. Small projects — but the first ones I saw through from a sketch to something people actually leaned on with a drink in hand. That's when I understood I'd been finding architecture everywhere all along, not just in buildings, but in the small, undesigned moments they make possible.
